Amendment to Liquor License Ordinance #96-2

 

Paragraph #4 to now read:

“Now therefore be it hereby ordained by the Town Board of The Town of Cold Spring, Jefferson County, that no person shall be issued or re-issued any license, including a Class A or Class B Liquor License who has delinquent personal property taxes, special charges or special assessments owed to the Town of Cold Spring. This includes delinquent personal property taxes, special charges or special assessments owed by holder of liquor license or on property where licensee’s place of business is located.”

This Ordinance (#96-2) replaces any other ordinance pertaining to Liquor Licensing.

This amendment shall be effective upon adoption and publication.

 

Adopted this 1st day of May, 1997.
