The town board of the Town of Cold Spring, Jefferson County, Wisconsin, does ordain as follows:

SECTION 1.  ROAD NAMES.

In accordance with S. 81.01 (11) of the Wisconsin Statues (created by Chapter 381, Laws of 1975), which requires the assignment of names for each road under the town’s jurisdiction, the roads names as shown on the attached plat are hereby assigned.

SECTION 2.  EFFECTIVE DATE.

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as provided by law.
