TITLE/PURPOSE

This ordinance is entitled the Town of Cold Spring Election Ordinance.  The purpose of this ordinance is to allow for two (2) sets of officials to work at different times on election day.

AUTHORITY

The Town Board of the Town of Cold Spring has the specific authority pursuant to Wis. Stats. (1993-1994) Chapter 7.30(1) to allow for 2 sets of officials to work at different times on election day.

NOW THEREFORE be it ordained that the Town of Cold Spring Town Board allows that two (2) sets of officials may work at different times on election day as deemed necessary by the Town Clerk.

This ordinance shall be effective upon adoption and publication.
