The Town of Cold Spring establishes, by this ordinance, in compliance with Chapters 346 and 349, (1993-1994) Wis. Stats., the following maximum speed limit on the following public road in the Town of Cold Spring.

• Fremont Rd., from County Rd. U to Whitewater City Limits – 45 MPH

EFFECTIVE DATE

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as provided by law.
